Anyone recommend any good adult martial arts classes in the above areas?

I'm a complete beginner and just looking for something enjoyable which will help regain my fitness.

I'd recommend Pearsquasher's club. Good instructor and a nice guy. They cater for total beginners in Budo/Martial arts and fitness, and training in the art allows you to train in any Bujinkan club around the world!
