can anyone tell me the format of the utv internet login name and password, is it account number and a password, i don't want your password just the format

Give their support line a quick ring they are generally pretty helpful, I knew my line was provisioned before eircom told UTV the work was done and they still had no bother giving me login details incl password of my choice
