Women's Aid Annual 70K Fun Cycle - Dublin to Arklow

    Hi guys, I cannot believe it is this time of year again but Women's Aid is promoting their annual 70K fun cycle from Dublin to Arklow. It is a great event - my third year doing it.
    The Cycle 2009 will take place on Saturday 16th May and it is open to both men and women over 18. The sponsorship rate for an individual cyclist is €450 and we also have different options for participants, with Team Rates and the Bring a Friend for €70 offer.
    All funds raised in this event will go towards the Women's Aid National Freephone Helpline 1800 341 900.

    The cycle is challenging but fun and there is a great night at the hotel afterwards.
