They sell orange tights and leggings in pennys, not too sure about jeans.. topshop, h&m..
or if you try online at american apparell their great for Retro type clothes!

I'd say have a look in H&M, they have skinny jeans in a ton of colours.

Saw loads of different colour skinny jeans in Rude on liffey street, just beside the Ilac centre. I got a red pair, great fit and only €30!

Penneys seem to be pulling out their hideous (imo) neon stock, scarves, shoes, badges, tights, etc so you'll more than likely find them there

American Apparel would probably have them. For the tights try Pamela Mann, they come in pretty much every colour
