The word on the street is that Windmill Lane has a new owner.
The word on the street doesn't have who that new owner is.

Anyone any ideas?

i presume it's a different owner than the one who was rumoured about two years ago to have just bought it as he had it booked for a solid 18 months?

through a careful and systematic cross referencing of threads you've posted in recently it looks like the new owner is Lily Allen

It was me going by the Olympia. In truth I was just on my way back from a days teaching at Inchicore College of Further Education. No Windmill Lane for me at the mo - maybe when the recessions over....

I teach sound engineering, sound design & music notation. The College runs HND & Fetac courses in Technical Theatre. The students learn all they need to work behind the scenes in theatre - lighting, sound, stage management, costume, construction, business admin etc.

Anyway back on topic...who bought Windmill?

it is on the street though.. just not on the main roads.. its on a little back lane where few travel but those that do are the enlightened few.

Word on the street is that there is a new Music Production Centre opening up near Smithfield Distillery and that it will be the next Button Factory type music studio, education, recording, audio visual etc... At least I let the cats out of the bag unlike you rumor spreading farmer cat killers.

The pulse staff had a celebration for un-disclosed reasons last week, and I see a member posting here that's giving away more information than they think aswel.

Pulse are also upgrading from diploma to a degree course next year and have been talking about a new building they have their eyes on.

This is very true, I'm sure they'll come out with it in the coming weeks, when they want people to know. I'm sure there's probably alot of things for them to sort out before they announce it. But its always fun to add to speculation :P

for anyone still unaware, pulse officially announced the aquisition of windmill lane last week.

was over there this morning and the plans for the place are amazing!

those starting the degree course are in for something special.
