    Hi....
I recently purchased the above Receiver through John Mcdonald in 'Richer Sounds' in Belfast (got a great deal...thanks John). However I'm having great difficulty in setting this receiver up. I can't seem to be able to get into the 'GUI' to actually get all the proper settings in place and would appreciate any help from a Boardie who may have purchased a similar machine. Thanks

make sure HDMI is enabled for the monitor out. on the front of the amp (under the flap) press setup
input/output assign is displayed, press enter
monitor out is displayed, press enter
HDMI is displayed, press left to set it for ON then enter.
then you should have HDMI monitor on your TV

    PC,

if you are in trouble - just give MATT or DAVE mc a bell in Richersounds belfast - or if you drop me an email to johnmc@richersounds.ie with your contact number I'll get them to call you and save you the price of the call!

Thanks Big Moe By the way!

Wow...now theres customer service for you. In fact you go way beyond the call of duty, John, and I really appreciate your intervention here. I actually rang the Belfast office today and one of the lads was very helpful and got me up and running. Big thanks to Adam (big-moe) also for your help...i've read your advice in the past to other Boardie's and its nice to know that your help is never far away. Thanks again.
