What to ask the doctor concerning fitness and diet?

Hello all. I am going to my doctor tomorrow just to get a over all check up. Seen as I have changed my diet (given up bread and white carbs etc.) and because I am doing a lot of physical activity in an effort to burn body fat I thought it would be best to get a check up. I am getting the doc to do some blood tests. I would like to know if I have any food intolerences or vitimian deficiencies as well as making sure my over all health is ok.

I was just wondering though should I get any particular tests done and should I ask any particular questions concerning my diet and fitness? Can the doctor measure body fat?

    Thanking you in advance,

    Malman

    Hi,

Sorry for the late reply - How did it go?

i was going to say that, to be honest, you should be asking your doctor these exact questions that you are asking here. He/she should have a list of tests that are available to take.
