Just booked flights. After I clicked to pay, got a message "your session in locked". Anyone else have this problem? Don't know what to do as I ve given all the credit cards details and am afraid I may be charged twice? I ve not received any conformation email yet?
    Thanks in advance.

Go into the 'Manage My Booking' section and see if your flight is there.

If it is your good to go.

Thanks for reply. I ve done that but as I don't have a confirmation no. I can only use Option 3 with email address, and travel dates but that tells me that the information doesn t match theirs eventhough it is correct?

Your confirmation number would have come up on screen, you'll still be able to retrieve it from your cache by setting your browser to work off line and going to your history. At least I normally can. Thats presuming you got the confirmation page.

If you didn't get the confirmation page, wait and see if it appears on your credit card statement. If it does you can get the booking reference that way.

Thanks for replys. The problem is I didn t get to confirmation page. One I pressed to pay up came locked page and left me in a "redirection" loop. I ll have to check credit card.

You could also try Ryanair.com > Manage My Booking > Option 3 and see if you can get a result that way :)

I ve tried that but its saying the details don t match their records. I don t know how it cant because its just my email and travel dates and as usual Ryanair have no help available.

I supect the booking was never completed. Waiting to see if it shows up on the card statement will confirm that. I would be 99.99% sure the booking never went thru.

If that comes up when you try option 3 on the manage my booking page, it means the booking didn't go through

Thanks for all your directions. I eventually got through to Ryanair on the phone and the booking hadn t gone through as you suggested so I was advised to book again. I did that and guess what!! Fare had increased by €25 overnight. There were 4 in party so an extra €100 for Mr O Leary for their website being down. Thankfully I wasnt paying myself!!
    Thanks again.

Their website goes down more often than you may think.

€25. You were lucky. I have seen fares jump €50 pp over 30 mins.

their website didnt go down, you timed out because you took too long to book the flight!!
dont be bad mouthing ryanair for something thats not their fault it's a safety feature for the website so people dont leave bookings for hours on end by leaving the window open in the middle of booking!!
    get your facts right...

Before you jump in with both feet on something you don't know about, their website DID go down. They told me that today. I wasn t hanging around with window open like you suggest (even though you don t know whether I was or not) but they had a "lock out" problem not a "session timed out" problem.
So keep your useless opinion to yourself unless it's helpful.

Locking this before it gets really nasty. You have your resolution OP.
