Casual work while signing on.

    My brother is signing on now for 3 months and is goin round the twist with boredom,he was asked the other night to take on a couple of nights a week delivering fast food for some burger joint in the town for 60 quid a night all in,the problem He has is this, he wants to declare it as there are certain disregards of 20 euro per day etc so he dosent mind but the boss of the chipper wont put him on the books ,how does he get around this without breakin the rules like?

    Yeah thats just what I told him,but as I said he is bored and dosent want to turn down work,its a bit of a joke that his so called employer wont just put it through the books. Would cost very little all in all
