hey, bit of a noob when it comes to outlook Trying to figure out is it possible to create a contact in outlook and auto generate and email and a document in word with their details on it?? would save me alot of hasstle constantly entering addresses and emails. can this be done in outlook or maybe another way? help much…

There are too many 'ands' in your sentance.
Do you mean a Distribution list? or an email template?
