I have developed a major addiction to salt and vinegar snackajacks, they are soooo good. Do people think they are bad/good/ok? I mean they're low fat but salty and made with maize. Speaking of which, would maize be in the same category as white flour/white bread etc when it comes to raising your blood sugar levels and general badness??

I wouldn't eat them. Lots of processed carbs. Low fat is only an advantage if it's a food that is naturally low fat, like tuna, vegetables or cottage cheese.

But if you are only eating a small amount and you really love them.....
