They have to be 18s though coz they wouldnt fit my 1.6 a3

also would anyone give me ideas on the best speakers to get? not sure what my price range is yet but won;t be spending over the top. mad into my music so i tink gettn proper ones in the car is a must.

18"s on a 1.6 A3 will make it ridiculously slow, increase fuel consumption and mean more expensive tyres.

17"s on an A3 will still fill the arches.

    I'd try these

Or the ones at the bottom of this page.

Really?what if i was to find some lightweight 18s

Its just the size of the wheel that causes most problems. Lightweights might be a bit better, but there still not going to be too lightweight because they are big rims.

You'll also have a big bill for tyres too - more than likely they will be low profiles, so they will be easier to destroy on potholes etc.

Maybe you should look at a set of 17"s and a lowering kit for it?

ya actually that is something I would consider and the rs4 wheels would look well

lightweight wheels are very expensive unless you can find them on sale/special somewhere, bear in mind too most replica alloys will be the heaviest as they are made to be cheaper, and therefore also not as good quality as brand name alloys.
