High Waisted Skirt problem!

    Need some help, I have some gorgeous high waisted skirts but can never find any tops that are suitable for with them. Im lookin for tops that are dressy enuf to wear out at nite but still classy. Anyone know where I could find some? ideally either black or white? thanks all ;)

    jane norman has some lovely tops for those skirts
