    Hi

I have four tv's in the house with a single cable going to each of the rooms from a quad lnb. But I only have two sky boxes. What are my options for getting channels on the two tv's with no sky box. I don't want to get another sky multiroom sub. What channels can I get from either a freesat or freeview box or can I get anything if I got a sky box from ebay and used it without a card?
Two of the TVs are new Sony bravia and they are hooked up to the sky boxes at the moment, the other two are older CRT tv's.

    Thanks

    Dave

http://en.kingofsat.net/pos-28.2E.php have a look at that and the ones you see with clear (in white) is the ones you can get free ie without a sub. A box from ebay would get you the free channels without a card also.

A "Freeview" branded box is only for UK DTT services, and no good for connecting to satellite.

A Freesat/Sat4Free branded box is handy in that they self-tune, and stuff like 7-day EPG, interactive and digital text work on them. See www.freesat.co.uk for channel line up.

A standard FTA receiver will do similar to Freesat/Sat4Free boxes, except you have to do your own tuning and channel sorting etc. Only Now & Next information on a FTA box on Astra 2, no 7 day EPG, no Interactive nor digitext.
