Ipoker are experiencing another mystery problem
whereby you can register for Sit'n'Goes successfully
but the table then vanishes into thin air.

Naturally they're asking you to send details by e-mail to get a refund
so save yourself the trouble and wait a while before commiting funds.

    Just for the record;

Can someone confirm or deny if its accross all iPoker skins or specific to PP only? If its the former it should be clarified as such, for fairness.

It is an Ipoker problem and not a PP problem (btw have nothing to do with PP) there just seems to be a bit of hate there i could quote a load of previous digs but why bother they are there to be viewed.....it seems you and BCB get on well:)

the $400k giveaway is the generosity of that wonderful philanthropist, Mr Paddy Power himself. The server problems are caused by the iPoker servers and have nothing to do with PPP. I thought everyone knew this :confused::confused:

I was playing 4 at the time and got D/C from all them on GJP.

Im just wondering whats the story 2 of them i was chip leader with 3 left ! IS i poker kind enough to refund all players even those knocked out ?

Is the prize split between the 3 left?

Wrecks my head a bit tbh !

Eliminated players do not receive a refund.
Remaining players receive a refund made up as follows:
    1) Buy-in and Fee is returned.
    2) Each player recieves an equal share of the eliminated players buy-ins.
(btw have nothing to do with PP)

    Can't resist posting this Fran,
because the irony made me smile ..... not the sly dig ..... honestly. :o

From our Ts&Cs (which are usually adopted accross the network).

In the event of a tournament crash, where less than half the players have been eliminated, the tournament will be cancelled and all monies refunded; where more than half the players have been eliminated the prize pool will be divided in half - all players will receive an equal share of half the prize money; and the other half of the prize money will be allocated to the chip leaders (chip leaders will be determined by the number of places the tourney would have paid) in proportion to their chip count.

I'm not sure about SNGs, if they are different. Hopefully someone can clarify further.

    DeV.

After looking into this I received an email from the network a short time ago which contained the following...

Due to the recent Network Interruptions we are currently paying Interruption payments to all the Interrupted tournaments. Any players that were in a tournament will be receiving an Interruption Payment

usually this is completed within 24 hrs.

As stated above re: STT's Tom

All details for refunds in different tournament types/structures are here.

    Fair enough.
