hey guys just looking for a bit of advice here, ive been going gym now for nearly a year on protein and am building up some pretty good muscle now. But ive noticed that my bicep muscles are kinda slanting in if you know what i mean!
I was wondering if anyone would know some exercises that builds your outer part of the bicep?? just looking for some fuller looking biceps!:)
    thanks.

For increased outer bicep stimulation grip a barbell with your hands closer together.

For increased inner bicep stimulation grip a barbell with your hands further apart.

edit - remember that your bicep makes up just 1/3 of your upper arm, so a full looking arm needs big triceps too, so don't neglect to train them.

If thats problem solved then i think i'll hijack this thread cos mine would start with the same heading.

My left arm has always been a problem, from the shoulder down to the elbow. This particular problem comes when "dismounting" from chin-ups, i get a very sharp pain in my left inner bicep, about two inches up from the elbow crease. It goes immediately but is quite painful at the time. The chin-up is finished in the contracted position.

You need to go and see a doctor about something like that. Gonna lock this one now.
