    hi

    planning on heading to se asia for about 3 weeks in april / may.
    thinking of Thailand and Laos but fairly easy going on where to go etc.
    would like to do activities like trekking and cooking lessons and all that.
    any suggestions where to go?
    wouldn't mind getting off the beaten track too.............
