    Hi

I am looking at building extension to existing 4 bed semi in south Dublin, current house is only 11 yrs old. extension would consist of 400 sq feet on bottom floor and approx 400 sq feet above. Has any got prices recently and what was the charge. I am just looking for a guide so I can talk to bank. Draft Plans are already done.

    Thanks

I know its for a different days work (discussing) but I am still amazed at how anyone could even attempt to justify that price.

Here in Donegal you'd be looking at less than half that amount.

Good old rip off Dublin Ireland.
