I need to get my hair dyed and cut, but not sure where offer the best deals, also I know exactly what I want and I find a hairdresser who will listen and deliver not disappoint. any suggestion? thanks!

Theresa in Toni and guy on dame street is very good!

Not the cheapest place to go but she does listen to what you actually want!!

And i always bring in pictures of what i'm looking for.
