It's the 42A, what do you expect?

I think they are lucky heads didn't actually roll, roll down the stairs of the bus after that incident! Thankfully nobody injured or killed, except the bus driver who was taken to the mater...

lol how the fook did he manage that.. by only hittin a tree? Dublin bus' always hits trees, like the branches. Luckily there was no one on it.

The funniest thing was the report this morning.. something like "there was no passengers on the bus and the driver is uninjured. the gardai are now trying to figure out how this happened" you'd think they would just ask the driver..

This is why you should never try to re-enact scenes from "Live and Let Die" in Dublin. Not even the speedboat chase that goes through the wedding.

I believe something like this happened in the dukes of hazzard once when the sherrif went through a timber mill, a saw cut his car in half.

Im fairly sure this is exactly the same thing

That's cool, it'd be rather funny if I seen it in person.

They can use it as an open top tour bus now.

There are two things wrong with this thread:

    1. No Smokey

    2. No Bandit

Exactly? Except with a bus, no saw mill and no sheriff?

That driver is going to be short-listed for the redundancies for sure !

There's not much strength in those roofs, sure it's mostly glass.

Yes but besides your points, this is exactly the same thing and i base my theory on absolutly nothing at all.

I saw it on my way to work.

I get that bus sometimes but not in the morning. It was going out of the city too.

crikey... can you image being upstairs listening to your iPod, bend down to tie your shoe lace next thing you look up and theres no roof :pac:

The bus driver has just given an interview. He said a little lad ran out and threw a rock at the front screen. "Pegged it he did" said the bus driver when questioned. Passengers on the bus said they couldn't get a proper look as the windows were too dirty, and one bloke (presumably because of the facial hair) in a dress was quoted as asking "do I've a ronny?"

Colin Farrell was reported to be in the local area buying brown sauce and a cup of tea, but was not involved in the accident.
