is this camera any good?

    It would mainly be for personal stuff. But could it be used for semi-pro stuff? Has any got one or similiar? is the sound good?

    Haven't use one myself but looking at the spec I'd say it would be fine for consumer use (holiday vids, birthdays etc) but no use for anything near semi-pro.

    As for sound, it would just be standard camcorder quality as it just has a built in mic.

    To get any decent sound from a camera you need to be able to plug in a shotgun mic or similar.
