    Hello,
Wasn't sure if this belongs here, so please feel free to do your thing. Em bascially some maybe aware of gratitude books and the like, you may believe in them, you may not, couple that with forgiving someone or something it can very liberating. If we can be grateful and forgiving to those, for- giving us our life learning we may collectively transend our current state as individuals, as a family, as a nation.

The last bit intrigues me, Ive seen this on Oprah last year,-yeah yeah say nothing we all have our vices, now I don't know if there's trademark issues out there regarding this!!- I think one of the radio station did a piece on it too.

Its the idea of a complaint free world- whereby one goes for 21days without complaining, that means complaining about anything, I mean anything, you wear a band on your left wrist. So say you, and a friend are doing it together, one complains about something, they would have to remove the band from they're left wrist and transfer it to the other wrist and start again!!.

It gets harder because if you point out to your friend that they just complained well you need to start again too.

Imagine a more pro-active individual rather than a reactive one!!
    They'd be lethal!!

Im writing this because Ive alot to be grateful for, I forgive everyone and everything as often and as frequently as I can, I also forgive myself too. Im not perfect nor do I strive for it. Someone once said to me "Im not a human doing, Im a human being".

Tonight my car nearly cut on me coming home, she/he/it got me home safe and its not the first time. You can choose to post if you want, I'd prefer if we focus on our thoughts, our intentions and being able to take responsability (spell check) for the choices we make.

We can turn the current state of things around. It takes a family, to change a nation, can we be a family
