Redken make an excellent product called Anti-snap, if you put it in every day it will help to stop it breaking while it grows out. A lot of salons sell it.

Get aussie miracle repair treatment and sleep with it in overnight. The same thing used to happen to me when i was blonde, brunette now and im never going back, hair is soft and shiney as its been in years!

Deep condition at least once a week. You can't repair the damage, but you can stop it from getting any more damaged and at least give it the appearance of healthiness.

As already stated, you can't fix whats already broken hair-wise. I've used the Anti-snap and found it good. I also live by Aussie products - you need to use them for a few weeks to get good results, but I'll never use anything else while I bleach my hair. That should sort you out for a few weeks until you can start trimming the damage out of your hair.

Some hair-dressers can be complete guilt-tripping bitches, I've noticed that with small local places, maybe try somewhere kind of fancy where they treat customers nicely? :p
