Times have got a little tight, I'm not able to fork out €130 for each new tyre, need 3 at the moment. I need 205 55R16 tyres for a BMW. I'm not willing to put price before safety. Anybody know where I can get decent tyres really cheap in the Galway region? I guess I need all season tyres, seen as we've 4 seasons in one day in this country sometimes! :-))

    Thank you!!

Can you find someone who will fit some from this crowd for you? http://www.camskill.co.uk/

Kumho are budget tires, but supposed to be alright.

Ring Clonboo tyres. You'll find the number from searching the Galway City board or he has an ad most of the time in the local papers (I saw one in todays Sentinel). He'll either fit tyres you buy from the internet or he'll source them from Eiretyres or similar and come around and fit them at your house if you want.

Prices are very good. Other than that, I've found a few of the tyre centres in town are only concerned with selling you whatever Ditchfinders they have the biggest markup on.

You can get Falken 452s from camskill at around £48 each.

as above, kuhmo are very reasonable, and a decent enough all rounder for what you pay imo
