Hey all Does anyone know the any of the lifting dates for IPO etc for this year. I already know the IDFPA ones. Actually might be a good idea for a sticky and the OY lifting ones could be put in aswell..

National Championships - Sunday the 3rd of May in the Renmore Community Centre.

Europeans are in Amsterdam June 26th - 28th

Worlds Championships are in Las Vegas November 10th - 15th

The single benchpress & deadlift championships have been added to the Nationals this year too.

im playing around with it allright. the times and locations of the IDFPA comps dont suit me this year at all...
