Can anyone recommend something to restore the black to green-ish faded rubber

And also direct me to a central-Dublin place I could get something to do the job?

You would need to scrub the rubber with a mild washing up liquid mix to clean it first, follow up with some trim restorer, the gel types are better then spray ones.
