    Ok I'm in the mood to splash the cash...

    looking for a nice jewellers in Dublin ... don't like the bog standard ones too much like Fields, Applebys etc... looking for something more unique...

    also need to update handbag collection... looking for a red and purple everyday bag (usually go for the bigger bag) and some nice going out bags (just big enough for phone, keys, wallet, compact, gloss, perfume!! i dont travel light!!)

    try rhinestones for the jewelry and there is a cool handbag designer call Ri2k (i think) which you can buy online.

    Best jewellers in Dublin has to be John Farringtons.
    Lots of their jewellery are antiques so they certainly won't be the standard stuff you get in fields. It is definately a Splash The Cash store though!!!! :p

    John Farrington's is on Drury St (just off Grafton st).
    Its lovely- but definitely NOT costume!
    (its where Adam Clayton bought Naomi Campbell her engagement ring when they were engaeged)
