    I made a few purchases from RS recently - see here. One of my purchases developed a problem and I am blown away by the service from John Mc & RS.

    I have had problems with companies in the past when it comes to repair issues - who hasn't, I suppose :(. But I was almost arguing with John not to call to my house so quickly as it wasn't really a life and death situation and I don't like putting people out when they are being reasonable with me.

    But John would have none of it and Fergal was duly dispatched to Thurles and all was sorted out. This approach is just so different to almost all other High Street and on-line retailers. Richersounds seem to break the rule that you cannot be reasonably priced and give an excellent Customer Service.

    So a HUGE thank you to John Mc (and Fergal) for actions above and beyond the call of duty. I really don't know why anyone would buy AV equipment from any other source and I will certainly purchase from you again if I need further AV supplies.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
