Looking for banjo/info

    Hi all, not sure if this is the proper place to put this but i'm sure if not it'll be moved :). Anyway i'm after a cheap banjo for a beginner (myself) anyone got any recommendations/ second hand ones or even some useful info would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. Chris.

    For what sort of music Bluegrass or Irish?

    Bluegrass= 5 string
    Irish= 4 string 17 Fret Tenor Banjo

    Try ebay you can pick up something for about e150

    I wouldn't bother with ebay,for a starter banjo most of the instrument shops in Dublin would carry four string banjos,from starter models up. You'd be looking at about €200+ . Check out www.banjohangout.com for all the info you'll ever need on the banjo.
