Surely Subways sweet onion sauce is the king of sauces? I can't think of anything to better it, no matter how hard good old red sauce tries.

Did you dream you ate it? That happened me before with Haagen Daz Baileys Ice Cream. I dreamt I ate it and it was the sex. Then when I got one the next day it was a bit of a let down tbh.:(

Edit: Ah I get ya now, you never tried sweet onion sauce! Get yourself down to the local Subway pronto buddy, you're missing out :D

While I am on occaision partial to some southwest sauce, it has nothing on sweet onion.

Why don't they sell tubs of it in the shop?! Why?! Damn you Subway and your addictive non-retail-able-in-tubs sauces. :(

Any self-respecting culchie knows that there's only one sauce in the world worth talking about:

    Brown Sauce!
If you're posh it's Yorkshire Relish but it doesn't taste as good if you call it that.

    P.S. - I'm not a culchie.

Sweet chilli, sweet chilli, sweet chilli.

Why are people even bothering to argue with such a fine sauce.

I actually hate sweet chilli sauce :(
Got a footlong sub @ subway the last day and decided to get sweet chilli instead of bbq.
    So not my thing :(
Gave half the sub away to someone who was with me and barely ate the other half.

Different tastes though i suppose :pac:

i would walk 10,000 miles barefoot through glass for the garlic sauce from burger max on wexford street, good god it's nice.
failing that, ranch from quiznos or good ol' cuddy sauce are the business

I like Subway's meatball marinara on hearty italian bread with chilly mayo:). I've never tasted their sweet onion sauce, what would it be nice on?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,813 ✭✭✭BaconZombie

The JD sauce in TGI Fridays used to 1000% better then it is now.
They were selling bottle of the JD sauce in Tesco's before XMas, but the only place I can still find it is "Fresh" in Smithfield.

But I still think Jalapeno sauce and Da'Boom are the best with the JD a close 3rd.
