    hi all,
thinking of getting a pair of these for my wedding day:
    http://www.theshopforshoes.com/shop/Jupiter_600.jpg

im wearing a traditional black morning jacket with grey and black striped trouser. I just don't know whether i could pull them off on the day and whether i'd wear them again. Put i do think that they look rather smart.

    any advice welcome

no mate they wouldnt look well with the traditional morning suit

wear back brogues/ patent black leather

i think you may regret it

you'd be mixing two different styles, one somber and traditional and the other is a pair of shoes from an era where they were paired with wide brimmed fedoras with a feather in them and double-breasted everything

play it safe for a day that will be well documented

    .....and congrats!

hi guys, after much consideration im gonna give it a miss for my wedding day. As fig86 says i'll be wearing a formal morning attire and the spectators would be too casual. Gonna go with a pair of black captoe instead... now to find a decent pair
