    Forecast looks reasonably promising:
FRIDAY NIGHT, SATURDAY : Not as windy as Thu/Fri. Some patchy fog/frost possible Fri night where skies clear - but overall, still reasonably mild, with a good deal of cloud and further rain at times. Winds variable or southeast in direction.

If there's no ice, can we make it 9 seem as how we're going 100km+?

9 would probably be handier alright, don't want to be out all day

Although, what I could do is head out early get in some distance and meet everyone else en route, when a route is decided

LOL .. that sounds rather disturbing.

I think what Tom means is that you cannot understand the love that can exist between a man and a goat because of you being a bunch of smug, ignorant, especially middle-class person, regarded as being indifferent or antagonistic to artistic and cultural values.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,278 ✭✭✭kenmc

    Maybe he's not fussy?

Chevre not cheve no? My love of cheese once again comes to the rescue of my French vocabulary.

So are we agreed on 9:30 then?

Is there a prize for the thread that goes so far from its first post or title.
    This could be a contender......
From meeting up to cycle 100km
    TO
the "love" between a man and a goat in different languages.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,676 ✭✭✭Gavin

The voice of compromise gets my vote

Well many of us have long suspected that you are not really French, that it is all an act.

Can we talk about cheese a bit? Oh, and 9:30.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 461 ✭✭NeilMcEoigheann

regardless of any multi lingual barriers i'm in, however you guys better all agree on ONE time to go rather that last week where there were 4 boards spins.
and for my few cents half 9 is good,

  • Moderators, Politics Moderators, Sports Moderators Posts: 24,269 Mod ✭✭✭✭Chips Lovell

    There was four?

Blu' Auvergne is my favourite.washed own with a nice deep French red OR a really good bottle of Normandy Cidre.
