Sound in Halls

Is anyone here annoyed at people playing load music during the day in Trinity Hall? I mean do you sit down, ready for a day of home based study, and then that tool upstairs starts playing Chemical Brothers at full volume, ruining your entire day?

I only ask because I have taken to abandoning my headphones in exchange for my speakers, and I want to know if I am annoying anybody. (I don't want to go down/upstairs and ask, sort of a case of seek no evil, etc.)

During the day? How about during the night?!

No I'm nice about it at night, turn it down after 11 and I only start after midday.

Well really I'm not being nice at all, I just don't want wardens/security coming up and discovering the muddy half dismantled mountain bikes in my hallway.

Well you can preety much hear everything in halls so chances are everyone in your apartment, the one below and the one above can hear your music, so just make sure its good stuff!

I generally just play other peoples librarys on shuffle, can't be blamed for bad taste that way.
