After 3 years in charge, the President is stepping down in April to make way for Christy Cooney. Just wondering what was everyone's thoughts on his tenure? Reason I ask is I have to put a little package together on it, so I need peoples general thoughts and opinions.

Obviously the opening of rugby and soccer in 2007 will be the hightlight of it, but don't forget about the issue of players grants along with the inclusion of the DRA into disciplinary matters, as well as the new rule changes implemented this year.

So, good? bad? indifferent?
