I'm pretty sure you need a 2.1 and by all accounts the interview stages are pretty tough (there are two rounds I think)

Is there an interview stage to get into the MAcc in Smurfit? Thought it went purely on your GPA,

Do you mean a professional accounting degree or a business degree? Smurfit alone has multiple modes of MBS, the MiM, and several specialist MScs in Analytics, Quant Finance and so on in addition to the MAcc.
