Travelling, jetlag, feel like crap, training etc

    Hello

    what would be the best way to get the body back moving after two weeks travelling, lack of sleep, crap food etc

    am wrecked tired. legs so tight and sore. sleep pattern all over the place

    would it be to hit the treadmill, weights some swimming or just rest and sleep?

    Go for a walk. You'll loosen up without feeling that you are torturing yourself, and then you'll know if you need to sleep or workout.
