What's it like? I have a company who are trying to recruit me for a job there, and was kind of hesitating as it's Finglas and I'm worried if I have to work late at nights there could be trouble?

It's like any other street - depends on your perceptions and circumstances. There are very few streets I'd fancy walking around very late at night. Are you talking about 8pm or after midnight?

Will you be driving? Then I would say you've little to worry about. If you're not driving there's a pretty good bus service now with the 140 but that would stop around 11 so if you're on shift it'd be no good to you.

This is developing into another one of these:
"Northside v southside", "working class areas v middle class" areas, "best area", "worst area" type threads will no longer be permitted. They are totally pointless and not worth the hassle they cause.

Similarly, threads enquiring about prospective areas to purchase/rent property cannot be permitted, except in special circumstances.

    Closed.
