    Just did a quick search

    71592 houses available for sale on daft in Ireland x average BER cost lets say €200 = €14,318,400 on certs that should have been done !!!!!!!!

    Lets gusss how many actually do.........

    The problem with all those houses is enforcement...or the lack of it more like!

    Actually how can you enforce a law that is badly written? I believe that the IAVI and IPAV have instructed their members not to over push BER's to their clients as they don't think the system can be enforced at the moment until at least the point of contracts exchange
