i live on a housing estate and im a council tenant, my next door neigbour owns their house as i ave not got a driveway i was parked a little over on their side and she nearlly had a fit over it can anyone tell me can you park outside a house with a drive way as the cow doesn own the road help,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,:mad::mad::mad:

As far as i know, once you are not obstructing her from going in and out of her driveway, you can park it where you like. As you say, she doesnt own the road.
