It's a bridge camera not a dSLR with the lens is permanently attached to the camera. You cannot get any other lenses but can get a 1.7x teleconvertor

It's a great camera, I had one before I traded up to a DSLR. You should see if you can sell it and have a look at the photography section on adverts.ie, there are some bargains to be had at the momet.

Hmmn I wouldn't be too knowledgeable about accessories for it. I didn't have the levels of control that I wanted with it, which is the reason I sold it and bought a DSLR.

If you don't mind can I ask did you buy the FZ18 or did you get it as a present? If the latter I can understand that you don't want to sell it. However if you bought it yourself I would still recommend selling it as by the time you've bought the accessories you want you'd have bought an excellent DSLR second hand which would give you better results and which would be far more flexible in terms of expansion, lenses, filters etc.

For instance here is a Canon EOS 200D for sale at €200. Deals such as this pop up frequently on adverts.

Well I think the best advice would be to not waste money buying accessories for the camera, they won't really help you get the best from it. Save your money and keep it for a DSLR.

You might be wiser to perhaps buy a filter or two and learn how to process your images in photoshop (something I haven't done yet myself!).
