4 friends and i have decided to enter the marathon as a relay team. So basically we would only have to run at most 7 miles each. We are all totally different. Two of us have een running as part if other sports for years while the other three are of average fitness but have not much runnin experience.

I was wondering if anyone could sugest a training program for the group. Maybe running 3 days as a team then 2 seperate days individually

Why don't you all go with a 10k program?
Hal Higdon has a range of 10k programs, from beginner level to more advanced. http://www.halhigdon.com/10ktraining/10kintro.htm
