Implications for changing Time and date settings on Windows 2003 servers

Folks, There are a number of Windows 2003 servers in our work environment that have the time settings wrong by about 40 minutes. i was just wondering if I was to set them to the current time would this have any implications or negative effect on the servers.

ur servers should sync with a domain controller, which in turn should sync with an NTP server.
