from heathrow to london city?

i need to goto Pepys Street, EC3N 2NR London.
i am arriving at the heathrown airport.

i guess taking a taxi from airport to the city would be very expensive.

can someone guide me what is the best way to reach?
are there any trains to take?

get the heathrow express train from heathrow to paddington and work it out on underground from there.

Pepys Street is right beside Tower Hill station on the District and Circle lines of the underground.

You've two options:

Take the Heathrow Express (dearer but quick) or Heathrow Connect (cheaper, with stops so a little slower) to Paddington and take the Circle Line from Paddington underground to Tower Hill

OR

Take the Piccadilly Line from Heathrow to Hammersmith. Change at Hammersmith on to the District line and ride it to Tower Hill.
