PS3 Browser Freeze

    Does anyone else's browser freeze up a little too often, forcing you to do a soft reset?

    If I try and post a message here on boards sometimes the little keyboard comes up but then the controls become non-responsive although I can still control the (darkened) background pages.

    Bit of a pain, it also doesn't like you clicking through to a new link before the current web page has 100% loaded.

    One more thing, its a bit crap that you can't open a song on youtube and then keep hearing the music on a different window.

    that happened to me quite a bit over christmas, although it seems to have rectified itself now. it was bloody frustrating. no idea what caused it..#

    the ps3 browser is a big pile of sh!te anyway

    Are there any web browser alternatives for PS3 without having to install linux or another OS? I would like to be able to use myspace for music on PS3

    Probably not. Could look for an Opera browser or something.

    This happens to me when the on screen keyboard pops up it freezes.

    It also happened more frequently with Little Bit Planet.

    I found if after you bring it up, you wait a second or two before typing, it stops freezing.

    I stopped using the browser because almost everytime i used it(not very often) it froze up forcing me to reset the ps3
