Okay, just wondering if an 18year old can buy alcohol in duty free here, bring it in main luggage to the States, and "maybe" drink it there ??

    Cheers ;)

Bringing alchohol into the country is not legal if you are not 21. My daughter could not bring duty free back when she was 18. (I researched this for my own selfish reasons).

In addition, if you drink alcohol in some jurisdictions you can be charged with "possesion by a minor" for what is in your gullet. If you are caught of course!

Well, that's the case with most laws isn't it?
