Had this discussion last night with a few lads and none of us could figure it out. There nothing giving much away, no badges and seems a bit disguised whatever it is

well, in that awful ad that suggest hollywood film stars secretly drive Renault Clios, they had a few disguised Renault models in the advert, I assume this is some prototype car that didn't make it to production?

Looks like an Insignia Coupe if it existed.

Could be a heaily discguised 407 coupe though... or just some random body they threw on a laguna

Its a debadged infinity coupe. Mazda equivalent of lexus, coming to a (UK for now) dealer near you soon

Edit - markos79 beat me to it

I was pretty certain it was a heavily disguised 407 coupe. Might be a little in-joke by Renault as well.

Crap ad though - especially when the 'villan' car is so much better looking than the Laguna:rolleyes:

And that 'Beverly Hills' one with all the Clios:o:eek:...

Looks pretty similar to me. I say more likely a disguised infiniti than a disguised 407 coupe

Ah, Nissan make Infiniti not Mazda.

An Infiniti would make sense since Renault own a large share of Nissan already and the car used is not on sale in Europe yet.

Whatever it is it looks better than that horrible Laguna anyway, the front especially is gross.

Imagine you change from 4 wheel turning car to 2 wheel turning and back to 4 wheel turning, so on so forth on the back road, the turning curve gonna be different.

So, you may get a friendly "warning" to stick with the Laguna for the rest of your life after you sign the purchase paper!:D

Would you be jumping from one to the other through open windows?:)

That's definately a very very heavily disguised Infiniti Coupé. Look at the proportion at the back of both - with the exception of the width of the taillights they're the exact same.

every family has a couple of cars at disposal, and your mates'. probably not that often, but you get what I'm saying.

It's all for the sake of safty.
