I must admit one of fav comedies watching again at the moment (laughing at everything could be caused i stoned) :p

    Rip Torn steals the show

Stiller as usual OTT but it works here

It was ok the first 1 or 2 viewings after that yeah you'd probably need to be stoned to get a laugh out of it!

Although this was arguably one of the best performances from Stiller in a good few years.

I've seen it a few times and have been sober for most of them, and I still enjoyed it. How can anyone ever hate a movie that has Hasselhoff, Norris and Shatner in it? Plus it has the best last line ever, "F*cking Chuck Norris!"

Absolutely love this movie. Great laugh, drunk or sober, or whatever way you watch it. Remember, if you can dodge a wrench you can dodge a ball!
    What?

    Brilliant

Still love it, even after so many watches.

Stiller has some good moments in it. Otherwise though it's a heap of scour.
Still a bit perplexed with Christine Taylor though, as she always seems to have a touch of shading to the upper lip. "Do i have a ronnie". Don't know, the juries out Christine a girleen.

I hate Ben Stiller but love this film. Vince Vaughan on top form, before he went downhill... And it has Justin Long! Great cast. It's one of my favourite new US comedy films, up with Knocked Up (Ok, Canadian...), Anchorman and Blades of Glory. I never get bored of it.

*Laser, Blazer, Taser.. all kindsa azers!* and the roller coaster dude :D:D:D

Yeah Justin Long is very good in it. Stiller's best since Zoolander for me.

People who are brainless meatheads and have no sense of humour and probably a small penis too, I'd say.

    FYP ;)

I enjoyed it, but found Stiller annoying.
Before anyone says it, yes i know he was meant to be so, I just find Stiller to be very poor at playing the meat head bad guy.

Ah here. I usually hate 'stupid comedy' films, but I thought this was hilarious. You don't have to be a brainless meathead to enjoy this film.

    Fave lines:

Kate: Where did you find out where I live?

White Goodman: The Freedom of Information Act, Kate. Those damn hippies finally got something right....Just kidding...not really though.

    :pac:

I thought Stiller was very good in it. Some of his "face offs" with V Vaughan were good.

Classic comedy, some epic lines in it.

-Average Joes do not have enough players and will be forfeiting the match

    - Its a bold strategy Cotton, lets see if it pays off for them.

Good at first, but average since.

Only recent comedies Ive found to have lasting power are Wedding Crashers, Superbad and Knocked Up.

I love this film. Its absolutely brilliant. There were so many little things in it that I didn't see until the second viewing that made it even funnier. And so many hilarious quotes.

It's typical Frat pack fare, and for that reason alone, I like it.

Although it's not up to some of their stuff (Anchorman, or the great "Royal Tenenbaums").

    Still though...:

"Ok, you caught me. I like to work up a mental sweat too..." :) "It's me taking the bull by the horns. It's how I run my business" .... "Plus it actually happened" :D

I may have mis-quoted that last a little, but ye get the idea!

its an epic movie alright. Its one of those movies that even after the 2nd or 3rd viewing you still find new scenes that are hilarious.

But i find that dodgeball is allot like anchorman (also a top notch movie) in that they are the type of movies that the more you talk about scenes from the movie with your mates the more you'll find them funny.
