    Hey,
Looking to buy an acoustic Guitar for less than a €1000

I play mainly fingerpicking acoustic blues so looking for a suitable acoustic.

I played a Martin 000 16rgt recently and loved it.
    http://www.instrumentpro.com/P-MTN00016RGT?source=Affiliates&AID=10362375&PID=1621593

Its slightly over my price range tho.:(
I'm very tempted to spend the extra bit of cash, but before i do, i was wondering if there are any other cheaper/ similar style acoustic's that anybody could recommend?

    Cheers

Martin do have cheaper Guitars these days so its worth looking at their lower end range. You could also consider a breedlove as they start from around €700.
Another great Guitar is the Seagull range and also Simon & Patrick. Like all things though its down to personal preference so best try a few out in a shop. You'll certainly find a fine instrument for your budget though :)

D-15 or 000-15 are both nice. Personally I'd go for this Breedlove on chrisguitars.com:

You'd have enough left over for a nice Roland AC90 too ;)

you should get a resonator thats set up to play normal instead of slide, the sound is simply amazing!

Thanks for the advise, much appreactiated.

After much debate I decided to go with the martin 00015.
It's gotten very good reviews, and it comes well within my budget.
Cant wait for it to arrive.

Good man! Breedlove all the way. I have a Breedlove Balance (a perfect fingerpicker OP) and it may be one of the nicest guitars I've ever played (and I've tried a lot!)
Hard to come by in this country though. Shame.
