Anyone know of a supermarket that sells the stuff, I haven't seen it since I've lived here, and I need an alternative to Cottage Cheese

Try the polish shops. You're looking for "twaróg"

Morton's in Salthill have it sometimes, too.
Or make your own - mix milk and joghurt.

    German, are we? ;-)

Closest thing to German quark in most shops here would be Fromage Frais, as far as I am aware. At least that's what some would use as a substitute, for cooking etc.

Or maybe some of the Polish shops have the "twaróg" that was referred to in an earlier post?

You can get it in Lidl from time to time.

I'm pretty sure they have it in Evergreen health shops and most other health shops too.
