COD 5 headset problems?

    Afternoon all, just wondering if anyone has any solutions for me to rectify my silence in COD world at war. My mic icon shows on screen and when I talk it flashed to say its working. I cannot hear anyone else speak when its shows people with head sets! Was playing it with a mate and he said he could hear me but again I couldn't hear him. I have my output and input on the XMB as my headset and am on Nat type 2. It also works with my other games!! Anyone have any tips please? thanks

    Change the output to system normal source (Scart/HDMI/Optical), or delete the headset from the known devices list and re-connect it?

    If I change the output to normal source will the voices not come through the tv?? I'll try deleted and re-connected when I get home and see if that works. Cheers. Sooner this official PS3 headset comes out the better. About 3 more weeks!!

    Thanks for the info bout the Argos headset. But the official one is out on 13/02 bundled with Socom so I think I will wait on that! I'll have a mess round with the settings later and see if I can work somethin out. Thanks for replies!

    Fallout3 kinda ruined my online time with the PS3 so did'nt really get a chance to use it.

    Alright no worries man. Fallout 3 is quality. Addicted to COD 5 at the moment meself. Picked up de headset on me lunch. Will post a review for anyone who's interested tomoro. €40 in Game.
